Fetch Dog Park wanted a better experience for their clients. the check-in operation became a pain point for not only their clients but also their staff. We dove into creating a smoother checkout, helping their team better manage all the new and current clients with a new Admin portal. Monster Labz wanted to not just enhance the experience but also create a unique experience for the fetch clients, from custom profiles to a two-step check-in process.
