Chemonics' teams work where Wi-Fi doesn't. We designed a meeting and contacts app that holds everything on-device and syncs the instant a signal returns, so nothing gets lost in the field.
The challenge
Meetings happen in places without Wi-Fi or a mobile signal. The app had to hold its data on the device and sync the moment a connection came back, so nothing gets lost in the field.
What we built
Offline-first, sync when connected
We planned for hybrid iOS and Android development with data that lives on the device and syncs automatically once a connection is established.
A matching desktop app
Alongside mobile, we designed a desktop application with a few extra features that stays in sync with the phone, so the team can work wherever they are.
