Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 8, 2026

Monster Labz keeps this simple, because we keep our data practices simple. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics, or advertising trackers. We don't build profiles or follow you around the web. The only information we hold is what you choose to send us. This policy explains exactly what that is.

The short version: No cookies. No tracking. No ad networks. No selling your data. We only receive information you deliberately submit — a contact form, a chat message, or a creature you save to our gallery.

1. No cookies & no tracking

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. We don't store data in your browser to identify or follow you. The single exception is a small local flag your browser saves when you dismiss our “no cookies” notice, so it doesn't reappear on every page — it contains no personal information, is never sent to us, and isn't a cookie.

2. Information you choose to give us

Contact form

When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, project type, and message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and discuss working together. Submissions are delivered to us by email at hello@monsterlabz.com.

Chat assistant (“Bruce”)

If you use our on-site chat, the messages you type are processed to generate a reply. To do this, your messages are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which returns the response. Please don't share sensitive personal or financial information in chat — it's meant for quick questions about our services, pricing, and process.

Creature Lab

If you create and save a creature in our Creature Lab, the design you build and the name you give it are shown publicly in our gallery. Don't put personal information in a creature's name, since anyone can see it.

3. Information collected automatically

Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running. This is standard server logging — it is not used to track, profile, or advertise to you.

4. Service providers we rely on

We use a small number of trusted providers to operate the site. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

5. How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain reasonable business records. Creature Lab entries remain in the gallery until they're removed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

6. Your choices

Because we don't track you, there's little to opt out of. You can request a copy of, or deletion of, any information you've sent us by emailing hello@monsterlabz.com. We'll take care of it promptly.

7. Children

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here.
