Privacy Policy

Effective August 22, 2026

Monster Labz LLC builds websites, applications, and AI tools for small and mid-size businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit monsterlabz.com or get in touch with us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it.

Who we are

Monster Labz LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, is the controller of the information described in this policy.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company name, budget range, what you are looking for, and whatever you tell us about your project. If we work together, we also collect the information needed to run the engagement: billing details, contract information, and access credentials you choose to share with us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time of visit. This comes from standard server logs and from analytics, and we use it to understand which pages are useful and whether the site is working.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for two things: keeping the site functioning, and measuring traffic in aggregate. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles about you. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies, and the site will still work if you do.

What we do not collect

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, health information, or payment card numbers through this website. Please do not send those to us by email or through the contact form. If you need to send us something sensitive, ask and we will set up a secure method.

Why we use it

We use the information above for a short, specific list of reasons:

  • To answer your message and discuss whether we can help
  • To prepare proposals, contracts, and invoices
  • To deliver and support the work you hired us to do
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it
  • To keep our systems secure and prevent abuse
  • To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us about a project.

Who we share it with

We use third-party services to run our business, and some of your information passes through them. Each one is bound by its own privacy terms and processes data on our behalf. The main ones are:

  • Hosting and site infrastructure providers
  • Email and productivity providers
  • Database and storage providers
  • Internal messaging and project tools
  • Website analytics providers
  • Payment and accounting providers

Beyond those, we share information only when you ask us to, when it is needed to deliver work you have engaged us for, or when the law requires it. If Monster Labz is ever sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction, and this policy travels with it.

Client data we handle on your behalf

When we build or maintain something for a client, we sometimes have access to data belonging to that client and to their customers. We treat that data as the client's, not ours. We use it only to do the work, we do not use it to train anything or to build our own products, and we return or delete it when the engagement ends or when the client asks. If you are an end user of a site we built for someone else, that company's privacy policy governs your data, not this one.

AI tools in our work

We build AI features into client products, and we use AI tools internally. Where an AI service processes information connected to a project, we choose providers that do not train their public models on our inputs, and we tell clients which services are involved before we wire them in. We do not feed personal information from our contact form into AI tools for any purpose other than helping us respond to you.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions and related email stay with us while we are in conversation and for a reasonable period afterward, in case you come back. Project records, contracts, and invoices are kept as long as we need them for legal, tax, and accounting purposes, which is generally seven years. Analytics data is retained in aggregate. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can email us at hello@monsterlabz.com and ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days.

California residents

Under the CCPA and CPRA you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to request correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law.

UK and EU residents

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. We process your information on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and running our business, or the performance of a contract with you. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any required authority without undue delay.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will say so clearly rather than quietly editing the page.
