These terms govern your use of the Monster Labz website at monsterlabz.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. They cover this website only — any project we take on together is governed by a separate agreement we'll sign with you.
1. Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and business purposes. You agree not to misuse it — for example, don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it in a way that burdens our servers, submit spam or malicious content through our forms or chat, or use it to violate any law.
2. Our content & brand
Unless noted otherwise, the content on this Site — text, graphics, the “Monster Labz” name and logo, the monster artwork, layout, and code — is owned by Monster Labz, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Please don't copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.
3. Creature Lab submissions
If you create a creature in our Creature Lab, you're responsible for what you submit (including its name). Don't submit anything unlawful, offensive, or that infringes someone else's rights. By saving a creature, you grant Monster Labz a non-exclusive license to display it in our public gallery, and you agree we may remove any submission at our discretion.
4. Pricing & the chat assistant
Any prices, ranges, timelines, or answers provided on the Site or by our chat assistant are general estimates for information only — they are not a formal quote, offer, or binding contract. A binding scope and price is provided only in a written proposal or agreement we send you directly.
5. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
6. “As is”, no warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, and we don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
