What it costs.

Real numbers, before you talk to anyone. Most small-business sites land between $1,500 and $8,000. You get a fixed quote in writing before any work starts, and it does not move once we begin.

What moves it

Six things move the number.

  • How many pages. A single page that does one job costs a fraction of a site with services, locations and a blog behind it.
  • Whether you are selling online. A catalogue, shipping rules, tax and payments turn a website into a store, which is a different build.
  • What it has to talk to. Booking tools, CRMs, payment systems and anything custom add engineering time.
  • Who writes it. Copy is included, and most clients want that. If you have finished content ready to go, the build gets shorter.
  • Whether you are migrating. Moving off an old site means mapping every URL so you keep the rankings you have. We do that as standard on a website rebuild.
  • How much AI you want in it. A chat assistant that answers questions and captures leads starts at $1.5k and is quoted with the site.

How a quote works.

No discovery invoice · no surprise
DAY 0The call30 minutes. What it has to do and who it is for.
DAY 0ScopeWe write down exactly what is in and what is not.
DAY 1Your numberFixed, in writing, usually next business day.
DAY 1You approveNothing starts, and nothing is billed, until you do.
DAY 8LiveA focused site, about seven business days later.

If you later add something that was not in the scope, we quote that separately rather than quietly billing it.

In the box

In every website quote.

  • Design and build. Custom layouts, not a theme you could have bought yourself.
  • The writing. We draft the pages from your kickoff call and you edit what does not sound like you.
  • Mobile. Designed for a phone first, because that is where most of your visitors are.
  • The search basics. Fast pages, clean structure, titles and descriptions, location schema, sitemap and redirects from your old URLs.
  • A CMS. So you can add a service or swap a photo without calling anyone.
  • Launch and handover. We put it live, check it, and walk you through editing it.

Quoted separately

  • Hosting and domains, which stay in your name and are never marked up.
  • Photography and video, though we will tell you exactly what to shoot.
  • Ongoing content and search work, if you want it, at $900 a month.
  • Ad spend and ad management.

Across the metro

Same price wherever you are.

We quote the project, not the zip code. Based in Dacula, we build for businesses in Dacula, Lawrenceville, Buford, Suwanee, Gainesville, Alpharetta, Johns Creek and Cumming, and across the rest of metro Atlanta.

Pricing FAQ
How much does a website cost?

A small-business website from Monster Labz costs about $1,500 to $8,000. A one-page site is $1,500 to $3,000, a full business website with a CMS is $3,000 to $8,000, and e-commerce or custom builds start at $8,000. Every quote is fixed before work starts.

Why do other agencies quote three times that?

Usually because more of the budget goes to account managers, project managers and a longer timeline than to the build itself. We are a small senior team, so you are paying for design and engineering rather than the layer of people between you and them.

Do I have to sign a monthly retainer?

No. A website is a one-time project and you own everything at the end. Ongoing content and search work is $900 a month if you want it, and entirely optional. Support after launch is quoted only if you want us handling updates.

What about hosting and domains?

Separate, in your name, and never marked up by us. They are small next to the build, and we tell you exactly what yours needs and set it up with you.

What does an app or an AI build cost?

Product and UX design starts at $3,000. Mobile apps start at $12,000. Web apps and dashboards start at $8,000. AI chat and lead capture starts at $1,500, and automations start at $2,500. Each one gets a dated plan alongside the quote.

Does a faster launch cost more?

No, there is no rush fee. A focused website takes about seven business days either way. If you need a specific date for an opening or a campaign, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
