Conferences are noisy, and IHG wanted to own the room. We designed and built an interactive touchscreen that pulled attendees in, walked them through IHG's story, and left the team with a tool they could reuse show after show.
The challenge
Conferences are noisy. IHG needed to stand out, convey information effectively and spark real conversations at their booth. The goal was an intuitive, visually striking touchscreen experience that felt unmistakably like IHG.

We started with surveys and interviews to learn what attendees were looking for, how they preferred to interact, and what they expected from a display like this.
Information architecture & navigation
A clear, logical structure with intuitive menus, search and clickable hotspots made it effortless to explore different sections and find the right information fast.
Visual design & brand integration
IHG's colors, imagery and brand elements run throughout, so the experience feels cohesive and instantly recognizable on the floor.
The outcome
The display gave IHG a distinctive presence at events, turning a busy conference floor into a set of guided, engaging interactions, and giving the team a reusable tool for future shows.
