The Ron Clark Academy wanted families closer to the classroom. We designed a parent and teacher portal that keeps them connected, and built it to white-label so the same experience can travel to other academies.

Rethought the experience for mobile
We reviewed the academy's current structure and reworked the flows so the most important information for families feels natural on a phone.
A portal for parents and teachers
The app keeps parents and guardians connected to their child's day, so staying involved doesn't mean chasing paperwork.
Built to white-label
We updated the web application so the same experience can be white-labeled and extended to other academies, turning one build into a platform.
The approach
We moved from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups with a visual system aligned to the Ron Clark Academy brand, so the portal feels like a natural extension of the school.
